FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The questions that come up most often, about process, pricing and how we work. Questions specific to a sector or service are on their own pages.
- How does the process work, start to finish?
- First we look together at where you lose the most time, then we design the automation for your case, connect it to the tools you already use, test it together before it goes live, and keep an eye on it over time. Details in the "How it works" section on the Home page.
- How much does it cost?
- Every project has two parts, a fixed-price setup and a monthly fee for management. The amount depends on the model, which can be a single process, a programme across several departments or a partnership. The initial assessment is free. The models are in the Pricing section on the Home page.
- Do I need to change the tools I already use?
- No. The automation connects to email, calendar, CRM, management software (whatever you already use). The goal is to remove manual work, not replace your tools.
- How long before I see the first results?
- Usually a few weeks from the first call, starting from the process that costs you the most time.
- Can I start with just one automation?
- Yes, it's often the best way to start. We solve one process at a time, without having to rethink everything at once.
- Do you only work with the sectors listed on the site?
- No, the 4 sectors on the Sectors page are just the ones with the most direct experience. The same reasoning applies to any SME or professional practice with repetitive processes. Tell us about your case and we'll figure it out together.
- Is my data safe?
- Yes, we work inside the tools you already use, without moving data to unapproved external systems. Details in the Privacy Policy.
- Who's really behind Astrai?
- The same people who listen to your process build the automation, so there is no handoff between who promises and who builds. More on the About page.
