Process

How we work, step by step

We work in five phases, from analysing the process to ongoing maintenance. Before development starts, we present the plan and agree on it together.

  1. 01

    Analysis

Before proposing any automation, we look together at the real process. We check how many steps it has, who handles it today, and where the most time is lost or mistakes happen most often. We don't design solutions on paper before understanding the problem.

  2. 02

    Design

The automation's design comes from the process. We work out what it needs to read, what it needs to decide and where a person is still needed. The plan is shared with you before a single line of code is written.

  3. 03

    Build

We build the automation connecting it to the tools you already use (email, calendar, CRM, management software) without asking you to switch systems or move data elsewhere.

  4. 04

    Test and launch

Before it goes live we test it together on real cases, and we only put it to work once it runs reliably.

  5. 05

    Maintenance

After delivery we keep looking after it. We update it when the process changes and improve it when new steps worth automating come up.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does each phase take?
Analysis and design usually take a few days; build and test vary with complexity, but the first flow is almost always live within a few weeks.
Do I need to be available through the whole process?
A couple of check-ins are needed (the initial analysis and the final test); the rest we handle. It's not something that takes hours of your time every day.
What happens if the process changes after launch?
That's part of maintenance. The automation gets updated along with the process, so it doesn't stay frozen at its first version.
