The astrai.biz site is run by Alessio Scandura, owner of the sole proprietorship Astrai (VAT no. IT04732460409), based at Via del Prete 16, 47841 Cattolica (RN), Italy, reachable at the email address at the bottom of this page. Astrai designs and builds custom automations for small businesses and professional firms.

Astrai's services are intended exclusively for businesses and professionals acting within their trade or profession. They are not offered to consumers, so consumer protection rules, including the right of withdrawal, do not apply.

The services described on the site (automations, integrations between tools, custom websites and software) are built case by case: each project has its own agreement on goals, timing and costs, set before work starts.

• The site's content is for information only and is not a binding offer. Prices, tiers and timings shown are indicative: the only valid ones are those in the agreement for each project.
• The Lab demos and the examples on the site are illustrative and don't describe real clients.
• We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it is always complete or error-free.

A first conversation, by email, phone or video call, carries no financial commitment. We go ahead only after agreeing together on what to build and on what terms: there are no charges of any kind before that agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the code and automations built for a client become the client's property once the agreed payment is complete. The exception is generic components that Astrai develops and reuses across projects: they remain Astrai's property and the client receives a non-exclusive license to use them, limited to the project. Any third-party and open-source components used remain subject to their own licenses.

The site's texts, images, graphics and brand belong to Astrai or to their respective owners. They may not be copied or reused, in whole or in part, without written permission, except for quotations allowed by law.

The site may contain links to third-party sites, such as Astrai's social profiles. We are not responsible for the content of those sites or for how they handle data: their own terms and policies apply.

• Every automation is tested together with the client before going live. Astrai is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the delivered systems, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, within the limits set by law.
• We do our best to keep the site always available, but we can't rule out interruptions, for example for maintenance or technical issues.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction set by applicable law.

These terms may be updated over time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page; for a project already agreed, the terms set at the time of the agreement remain valid.
