About
The person who listens is the person who builds
There's no sales team promising and a technical team implementing afterwards. The same people follow the project from analysis to code.

Writing code for 6 years · Export sales at a motorcycle parts company
I work as an export sales rep at a large motorcycle-parts company. I joined at 18 in customer care, and in under a year moved on to handling international clients on my own. It's the job that pays the bills, but it's also the vantage point Astrai was born from. From inside a real company you see the waste that stays invisible from outside, such as spreadsheets filled in by hand and the same process repeated identically every week, worth tens of thousands of euros lost by year's end.
What I care about is that business owners get back to the work they are good at.
Computers, on the other hand, are a passion older than the job. I've been coding since I was 15, first Python out of curiosity, then Lua, JavaScript, and whatever a given project needed. In the last few years that curiosity has shifted to language models, and to understanding what they can actually do inside a real workflow, not just answer inside a chat window.
Astrai exists where the two things meet, the ability to build and the inside view of where automation actually matters. I'm not interested in selling an automation for its own sake, or filling the site with technical terms that don't help anyone decide. I want whoever runs a business or a practice to get back to the work they're actually good at, instead of the work a machine could do for them.
How we work
How we work
- We start from whatever costs you the most time
- We don't sell a standard package. We look together at the process costing you the most hours or errors, and start there.
- We work inside the tools you already use
- The automation connects to email, calendar, your management software. It doesn't replace them or force you to change everything.
- From analysis to code, no handoffs
- There is no handoff between whoever promises and whoever builds. The person who listens to you is the person who works on the code.
Let's talk about your process
Tell us where you lose the most time every week, and we'll figure out together if it's worth automating.
